Hello.... Empty EFL self directed language school

Hello
I was pretty excited to find this site as I've been thinking of setting up an afternoon language center that would be for children and would be self directed. Do you have any idea how much capital is necessary to start such a school? Or are there any people in countries outside of the US who have tried such a thing?
Looking forward to any feedback at all.
